• Design and completed from Greenfield to operation of client whole enterprise network architectures. • Experience Cisco Wireless Engineer, Wireless Controllers, Access Points, Cisco routers and Switches. • Antennas, IEEE 802.11 standards (a, b, g, N), 802.1x Wi-Fi, 1Q Trunking, Ether channel • Wireless Controllers 5760,5500 & 4400, CSMA/CA, RTS, CTS protocols, RF transmission • The ability to handle critical customer issues/problems. • The ability to determine problems and deliver known solutions with a high level of customer satisfaction. • The ability to determine root cause and resolution for previously unknown problems. • The ability to work on problems of moderate to wide scope and moderate to high complexity where analysis of situations or data requires a review of identifiable factors. • Troubleshooting skills Wireless Access Points, Wireless Client Association • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with IP networking and routing DNS, DHCP, IPv4/IPv6, TCP/IP. • Strong understanding of LAN Switching technologies (VLANs) Cisco 4700 and 3650 switches
