Designed and implemented the HR Center of Expertise division of the HCS Department with a mission to attract and retain clients through powerful thought leadership, impactful HR engagements and world class HR products and services. Led the growth and development of the Strategic Services Teams who provided value-added, revenue generating services to clients in the areas of Talent Acquisition, Compensation Consulting, Affirmative Action Plan development, Learning and Development, etc.
