• Managed account services initiatives on behalf of IT services start-up with over $10 million in revenue, serving industry-leading clients including General Electric, Boeing, Comcast, Third Point Financial and First Data. • Personally secured account with General Electric, directly generating more than $4 million in new revenue during tenure. • Evaluated IT systems, providing high-level advisement to CTOs and CIOs of Fortune 100 companies and hedge funds • Provided executive coaching to C-level employees, delivering annual seminars to nearly 1,000 senior leaders spanning dozens of countries to increase staff engagement and retention. • Worked closely with client IT departments to integrate improved systems which were utilized by thousands of employees, with company experiencing 20% YOY growth. • Trained and supervised senior staff and associates regarding new reporting platforms and growth strategies, reporting directly to Chief of Customer Success.
