- Established strong working relationships with matrix project teams: E&C, Engineers, Engineering Vendor, Operations, SCADA, Network, Controls Integrator and Pipeline Control. - Recognized for developing IT Best Practices, training new PM’s regarding the delivery practices required to integrate Information Technology for the compressor and pump stations. - Maintained strict budgetary control over the IT requirements related to the compressor and pump station projects which ranged from ~ $200,000 to $300,000 and worked with the project team to track costs and control expenditures without sacrificing quality.
