- Managed all phases of the Kronos time clock rollout to ~ 450 rigs, approximately $1-million dollar project, from procurement to commission. - Coordinated the purchase and delivery of the Kronos equipment to corporate office, configuration, delivery of equipment to the rigs, installations, and training for the rig personnel. - Worked closely with the project team to maintain optimum levels of communication to effectively and efficiently complete projects. - Developed implementation methodologies to rein in project costs while meeting key milestones.
