Completed planning and migration of 30+ Business and Enterprise applications, including: SharePoint, RightAngle, Commodity XL, Business Objects, ProjectWise, ArcGIS, ArcView, AutoPlant and Proactive. Successfully managed projects including office relocations, Unily intranet implementation, technology asset disposal / asset management and website development. Gathered project requirements through interactions, meetings and walkthrough with application users and to develop business requirements documents (BRD). Adjusted project plans to account for dynamic targets, staffing changes and operational specifications.
