Delivered key strategic support to sales teams by managing, assessing, and delivering incisive reporting regarding product sales, business leads, and other key revenue data across multiple channels. Managed Oracle CRM ERP system; monitored all channels and generated leads. Provided ad-hoc reports as requested. Oversaw CRM model lifecycle spanning business requirements, system criteria, process flow and functionality, incentive computation, system enhancement, documentation, and UAT testing. Generated lead reports on daily, weekly, and monthly basis for executive-level leadership, as well as periodical automated reports regarding all banking retail products. Conducted SWOT analysis.
