Daily Duties at Hibbett Sports:
Set the strategic direction and vision for the Sales Operations, Business Development, and Customer Marketing Teams. Drive innovation and efforts in all areas of sales/operations of $200M in annual sales. Direct service efforts for 10-12 District Sales Managers with 1300 direct reports across 175 locations in TN/GA/FL/AL. Provide strategic planning of execution in achieving profit metrics through consistent service excellence, awareness of market conditions and competitor actions. Budgeted fixed assets/EBIT/Profit/Loss to achieve profit targets. Review and research real estate locations for future expansion.
