: Led two Directors of Manufacturing, one Director of Facilities and Maintenance, two Assembly Superintendent, and one Staff Manager in daily operation of two ISO 9001-2000 certified manufacturing facilities totaling 516,000 square foot, over $130M/annual sales, and 18% annual production profits.  Increased profitability from 10% to 18% and productivity 32%.  Improved quality by 400%.  Reduced headcount from 246 to 186. Directed Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Production Engineering Manager, Maintenance/Facilities Manager and six Special Project Manufacturing Engineers.  Boosted manufacturability of product lines through Kaizen activities throughout plant.  Improved equipment uptime and extend equipment life by improved PM and operator training/support via TPM efforts.  Guided plant/departmental layouts, capital equipment identification, justification/purchases, plant layouts/expansions, and design/purchase of all tooling and equipment.  Led design and construction of second manufacturing facility and identification/installation of new facility equipment for 2000 opening on time/under budget.
