: Directed activities for Manufacturing Operation of Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly, Fabrication, Lean Principles, Cost Improvements, Planning and Facilities Maintenance. Led nine direct reports, three Plant Supervisors, one Plant Facilities Manager, and five Manufacturing Engineers with 121 direct plant employees. In flat structure, directly supervised Floor Supervisors and Manufacturing Engineers along with 12 production lines/departments and two support functions. Expenses budget of $6.5M and Capital budget of $3M.
