Daily Duties at Acxiom Corporation:

- Gathered project requirements through interactions, meetings and walkthrough with application users and to develop business requirements documents (BRD), functional requirements documents (FRD). - Managed projects using Clarity software to report financial status to Acxiom Management and the project sponsor. - Maintained strict budgetary control on infrastructure projects ~$500,000 and working with project teams to track costs and control expenditures without sacrificing quality. Recognized for documenting GPMO processes to use for infrastructure projects, including deploying desktops, servers, network equipment, SAN, NAS, VOIP and PBX telephone systems, SIP Trunking, applications, monitoring and security as well as office and data center relocations. - Outlined work plans, determined resources, wrote timelines and generated initial budgets as part of project scope determination for all projects associated with a large international customer.
