Served as technical lead on Enterprise Records Management (ERM) which was made up of IBM's CMOD/CM/ICN. Handled the onboarding of new hires onto the team. Managing PMRs with IBM. Applying Fix Packs to IBM products. Managing OS upgrades to verify they didn't break anything. 2nd level support. Monitoring and gathering statistics.
