Led teams of Interaction Architects, Visual Designers, Content Strategists, Analysts, Technical Architects and Developers in maintaining and updating .com presence for a major North Carolina Healthcare Insurer. Applied Agile techniques to meet business requests for secured and unsecured content areas focused on consumers, agents, groups and providers. Matrix lead for 10 associates.
