Daily Duties at Bank Of America / Mbna:
Responsible for business growth planning and strategy execution impacting over $10.8 billion in credit card loans representing over 7.4 million cardholders. Managed P&L for over $2.82 billion in credit card outstanding loans representing over 950,000 cardholders for Merrill Lynch, Bank of America Global Wealth and Investments, and other large partner portfolios. Managed budget of $20MM which included product delivery and custom marketing expense. Negotiated execution of complex partner and vendor contracts. Drove multiple major technology projects to automate systems and to create operational efficiencies while meeting client and business objectives. Responsible for developing and launching three unique consumer card products for Merrill Lynch. Managed vendor relationships for product support and CX as well as implementation of multiple technology projects across multiple lines of business to support products and client requirements. Developed custom product fulfillment delivery processes specific to customer segments and behaviors. Managed a $2.5 billion portfolio consisting of over 250 affinity partners in New England. Responsible for strategy, execution and loan growth attainment as well as contract renewals and contract negotiations.
