Daily Duties at 4tell Solutions:
Led Market Development, Product Management and CX/UX for SaaS and PaaS technology platform and software. Managed Media and Industry Relations, Communications, Advertising, Interactive Programs, eCommerce Strategy, Omni Channel Marketing as well as Market and Client Research. Responsible for identifying new markets, product enhancements, solution differentiators and development / execution of technology platform integration strategies. Recruited, trained and developed global business development, marketing and CX/UX teams. Member of senior management team responsible for building and advancing global strategic business plan and growth objectives. Appointed to Company’s Board of Directors as proxy member in September 2012. Developed and managed all Sales, Marketing and PR strategy and execution in business-to-business (B2B), business-to-government (B2G), and business-to-consumer (B2C) solution environments to achieve revenue and brand objectives.
