Developed strategy, governance, frameworks, and policies for resiliency/disaster recovery (DR), business continuity (BC), crisis management (CM), Emergency Response (ER), and risk management (RM) with end-to-end procedures. Steered maturity assessments, GAP analysis, vendor assessment, progress reports, and escalation mechanisms. Assessed vendors BC readiness. conducted risk analysis and business impact analysis (BIA) on critical functions. Integrated DR/BC/CM into critical functions and services to ensure preparedness. Built cross functional matrices for criticalities, telecom, networks, and service. Embedded ER management and processes within operational practices
