Assessed vendors BC readiness. conducted risk analysis and business impact analysis (BIA) on critical functions. Integrated DR/BC/CM into critical functions and services to ensure preparedness. Built cross functional matrices for criticalities, telecom, networks, and service. Embedded ER management and processes within operational practices
