Duties included; achieving branch revenue growth, profitability, customer retention, customer satisfaction goals and accomplishing overall team effectiveness by deploying resources as needed to optimize performance. Personal accomplishments during this tenure; Consistently performed in the top 20% ranked against my peer group. Escalated the growth score in the District from 43% to 93% in twelve months. Mentored and coached 15 employees into leadership/ management positions
