Facilitated 3 Sr. Vice Presidents and executive team by delivering high-level administrative and business support in the office while also extended support to 1 Senior Vice President remotely (General Counsel, Risk, IT, and Cyber Security). Effectively managed the calendar by proactive planning for the meetings / tasks of the week along with booking calendar, screened 30+ phone calls on the order of priority to transfer important and urgent calls. Saved more than 1 hour of time through these initiatives. • Magnificently planned, led, and organized events, conferences and monthly meetings, provided an unforgettable experience to participants through set of activities and entertainment programs. • Played a key role in emergency preparedness, inclusion, and business continuity teams’ development. • Tactfully handled all confidential information, files, and records to maintain confidentiality. • Ensured 100% accuracy by timely updating and auditing inventory records in system. • Efficiently handled relationships with vendors and improved vendor satisfaction by 10% on YoY basis. • Developed financial reports and dashboard for presentation and decision-making of management. • Won Employee and Recognition Awards for exceptional performance and effective leadership abilities.
