Daily Duties at All Consulting:
Served as a client manager for multiple oil company clients and led high-level meetings with CEO of Chesapeake, Continental Resources, Hallwood Petroleum, Encore Acquisitions, and others in the shale development field. Managed multiple projects spanning the US and work-related initiatives related to oil and gas development activities and construction of facilities. — Established new division and global teams, centralizing effort to reduce and prevent returns with global responsibility for strengthening relationships with major business partners. — Innovated and streamlined cost-neutral technology solutions, sold ideas to senior partners, and maintained established relationship-building and customer-service efforts. — Provided leadership towards achieving maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values; it resulted in the firm becoming one of the premier consulting firms in the unconventional resources arena and grew from 6 to over 90 personnel nationwide. — Directed the optimization and construction of various SWD systems and pipelines for a major water midstream organization. — Prepared detailed cost projections and AFEs, reviewed and approved budgets and project financing plans, negotiated contracts for equipment and services, and reviewed financing agreements for technical issues. — Partnered with a private well site monitoring company to design and implement systems to view and operate SWDs and pipeline remotely.
