Defined and documented project scope, goals, and deliverables supporting business objectives in collaboration with XX members of senior management and key stakeholders. Accurately estimated, secured, and utilized resources and participants needed to successfully achieve project goals. Set and managed project expectations with team members and other stakeholders via frequent engagement and follow up. Identified and managed project dependencies and critical path to facilitate timely delivery. Developed and delivered up to 20 progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations monthly.
