Championed strategic technology utilization to achieve all goals under strict timelines, exceeding client expectations. Built and maintained collaborative relationships with in-house technical staff to effectively manage a variety of IT initiatives. Reported on daily responsibilities to effectively demonstrate accountability while enhancing professional relationships. Logged reported issues to facilitate timely investigation, resolution, and follow-up, driving continuous improvement. Supported data validation initiatives to reduce errors and minimize the time needed for potential corrections.
