Daily Duties at Sutherlands Home Improvement:
General Manager, and was responsible for the daily operations of a Home improvement and hardware supply store (75,000 SF), along with a 35,000 square foot Lawn and garden. Negotiations and purchasing with Vendors for hardware and home supplies. Responsible to oversee P&L, Budgets, interviewing, hiring, training 43 employees. Overseeing all functions of daily operations with approximately 90% autonomy. Open 7 days a week.
