Daily Duties at Gold Country Media:

I was responsible for all support and operational functions for Regional Advertising Sales organization. I partnered with individuals in all departments to obtain information as needed. I created and maintained reports for Sales Managers to set goals, defined best practices, and monitored daily performances of sales reps and customer marketing campaigns being sold. I trained new hires on Task, Falcon, Breeze, APT, and reporting tools to analyze and present data to executives and customers. I was the operational lead on developing sales projections, internal promotions, programs, and account and market segment coverage model. I worked with outside payroll company to effectively transition company into new payroll system, handled advertising error claims by obtaining related documentation to resolve issues. I also acted as the service concierge to customers to resolve any issues as needed.
