Daily Duties at American Pacific Mortgage Company:
I ordered mortgage insurance, activated commitments, and oversaw monitoring of all related transactions. On a day to day basis I also reviewed orders, built relationships with M.I. vendors, and acted as liaison between APMC and vendors. I also implemented new procedures, programs, and policies. I Assisted with cancelling/transferring of FHA case numbers, document preparation process, and sending out final closing disclosures.
