Daily Duties at Son Ray Solar Inc., Dba Son Ray Construction:
I am currently a Contract Specialist for the Roofing Department at SonRay Construction and assist in the HVAC Department as well. I examine and manage contracts while meeting deadlines. I serve as a point of contact for all contractual communications and commitments as well as ensured timely review and feedback. I build strong working relationships. I created and implement new procedures, programs, and policies. I verify pricing schedules against the builders purchase orders daily and rack change orders, price increases, and expired insurance certificates weekly. I prepare and review contract changes and amendments, payments and contract terms as well as ensure timely renewals and planning for new contracts. I interface with various internal business teams, including finance, technical accounting, etc., to ensure accurate and timely drafting of contract documents in compliance with contracting laws and regulations. I maintain accurate and updated supplier and client information in database as well as creating and managing proper contract files.
