Hired and directed planning teams and served as primary point-of-contact to the corporate staff of 30 members Developed and monitored annual conference budget, developed a final financial report, and provided input to After-Action-Report (AAR) and served as point-of-contact for department speakers and session organizers Received Inaugural President’s Award for Customer Service by the White House for the Veteran Entrepreneur Portal
