Scrum Master and Release Train Engineer for planning and delivery of small ($100K) to large ($5M) size software development projects (i.e. web services, legacy systems) using agile methodologies. Provide coaching and mentoring to multi-functional teams to transform agile practices for all team members including Product Owner role (Sprint Planning; Daily Stand-Up; Sprint Review)
