Daily Duties at Pacific Medical Center:
• Expertise in support of Epic EMR software implementation, serve as bridge between end users and Epic implementation staff • Analyzing, mapping, assisting in build of functionality to match PacMed's ideal workflow • Work with Epic, PacMed leaders from multiple departments to tailor system to fit organization's needs • Serves as change agent to organization in communicating, championing project benefits • Perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with use of Epic software • Utilize PacMed project management methodology and relevant tools and templates • Planned and executed 2 successful implementations of Epic EMR system for PacMed • Inputted information from customer calls and onsite service visits into company's system using Epic software
