Daily Duties at Providence Health And Services:
• Provides consulting with top tier analysis of multiple applications on highly complex applications • Works closely with other application analysts and project teams to complete actions as assigned on team-level work plans, report status, progress, project-related issues to Application Manager as appropriate • Deliver exceptional level of service to each customer by listening to concerns, answering questions • Managed approximately 20 incoming calls, emails per day from customers • Managed intercompany material transfers across program repair facilities, and monitored through pick, inspect, pack and ship processes
