• Analyze system requirements to determine system functional specifications • Gather requirements, provide fit gap analysis, create effective technical solutions for business needs (primarily Role based Access) • Design, validate, confirm new or changed functionality within Epic's environment that meets customer specifications • Provide complex qualitative/quantitative analysis on data information collected as part of application requirement gathering on • Collaborate or partner with business users, application team to design, build, execute comprehensive integration for user acceptance testing plan • Create, maintain all necessary documentation, training materials for application implementation needed for any changes on regular basis • Evaluate, adopted new technologies to address clients changing needs • Executed over 4 System updates/integration • Expertise in Epic systems including operating procedures, administration, implementation, and troubleshooting
