Daily Duties at Problem Solutions:
Remote Project Manager of IT projects at AccuWeather, located in State College, PA. • Successfully launched SAP SuccessFactors HR Appraisal System in collaboration with 3rd party vendor, Deloitte (formerly Presence of IT), in November 2019. o Created Project Management documents, such as Project Charter, Stakeholder Register, and Constraints, Assumptions, Issues and Risks Log. o Scheduled daily Zoom meetings between AccuWeather and Presence of IT to capture and to test AccuWeather customizations. o Created meeting minutes, assigned action items, and stored documents in MS Teams project repository. o Coached and mentored IT application development team and stakeholders in the proper use of Project Management Methodology. o Performed 95% of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identified defects, updated Defect Tracking Log in Smartsheets, and re-tested defects to verify corrections. o Created training documentation. o Provided a weekly status update to senior management. o Coordinated senior management signoff after important milestones were achieved. o Enforced the Statement of Work (SOW) contract to ensure there was no slippage on project time, cost, or scope.
