Daily Duties at Oak Park Place :

All transfers on every level of assist for a variety of residents in skilled nursing, Assisted living, and memory care. Vitals, toileting, and Documentation of all daily activities including meals, incontinence and all ADL’s. A highly physical demanding job that kept my transferring skills at a high level with Hoyer lifts, EZ stands, and gait belt transfers in a fast-paced non-stop environment.
