PERMIAN DRILLING PROGRAM - MIDLAND COUNTY, TX - Term Assignments contracts, JOAs, Farmouts, divestitures, acquisitions, deeds, right-of-ways, surface agreements, saltwater disposals, leases, wellbores, non-ops, arc map, maintenance, clean-up projects, exchange agreements, Drillinginfo, Wellview, IHS, railroad commission, Onbase, county scans, tobin, and quorom land system PERMIAN VERTICAL DRILLING PROGRAM - handle new well maintenance with W-2 reports and new leases in QLS for the Spraberry, Wolfcamp and Devonian drilling. Process new title opinions and assignments. Handled HBO and HBP status changes on a monthly basis per calendar. EAGLEFORD SHALE PLAY - Ten years was instrumental in the new lease play which consisted of three hundred mile strip of new leases covering the counties in Lavaca, Live Oak, DeWitt, Karnes, Bee, McMullen, and Atascosa Counties. This consisted of thousands of new leases with complicated provisions set up in Tobin land system for three years. Handled all contracts, right-of-ways, salt water disposals and permits which involved the new horizontal wells. Responsible for payment of all minimum royalty payments and shut-in payments per monthly calendar.
