Daily Duties at Aka Enterprise Solutions:
Lead delivery teams, optimize project teams and maintain delivery team objectives to sustain company growth and strategies. Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with each client while minimizing any encountered concerns or obstacles during the project lifecycle. Assess project requirements to determine the most profitable and efficient staffing levels and delivery milestones. Liaise with Client executive sponsorship for projects and delivering executive oversight.
