Daily Duties at Advanced Interconnection:

Conducted and evaluated routine monthly maintenance plan, supported risk analysis to determine potential courses of action, and performed quantitative, qualitative, and root cause analysis to measure quality effectiveness, diagnose procedural issues and provide complex resolutions. Communicated with various company official to assure reliability and consistency of production output. Determine and improved product quality by creating new policies and procedure, devised process to inspect and report quality issues, and ensured top-level quality before shipment. Exceptional track record of developing and implementing quality programs, strategically analyzing business quality issues, and providing instruction to new and existing company personal on the basics of (SPC) Statistical Process control and Internal quality audits.
