Daily Duties at Wellnext:
• Directed all Arizona operational activities and staff including IT, accounting, call center, outbound sales, human resources, administrative and returns & data teams • Spearheaded financials including budgeting, sales, forecasting, labor and inventory for 4+ teams and Arizona facility • Achieved customer satisfaction ratings of over 95% for 3 consecutive years • Enhanced revenue by over 10% QOQ by increasing auto ship subscriptions to 47% and growing AOV • Built & controlled all telecommunications system activities including IVR's, campaigns, over 400+ toll free and dedicated local phone lines, recordings and record maintenance • Led special projects directly impacting customer satisfaction, revenue generation and sales growth by working with cross-functional teams, overcoming challenges and working together toward one goal • Coordinated and supervised absorption of 10+ brand & company acquisitions and teams for customer care and operations teams • Ensured quality and compliance to all government regulations; PCI, GMP, Adverse/Serious Adverse Event, corporate goals and service level requirements while keeping teams committed to a common goal • Received Arizona's Healthiest Employer Award in 2017 for small sized companies • Received the CEO Award for operational excellence and entrepreneurial spirit
