Daily Duties at Coweta County School System :

Provided support to Elementary and Middle School Special Education Staff, as well as worked with administrators as a liaison for the Special Education Department ● Chaired Initial Special Education Eligibility and Reevaluation meetings, IEP meetings, and attended Student Services meetings for students identified as eligible for Special Education services ● Monitored all assigned schools for IDEA compliance per Georgia Special Education Rules ● Established, provided training for staff, and monitored all ABA Classrooms across the district ● Provided ABA and Discrete Trial Training to select Special Education Staff ● Certified as a Mindset Trainer and provided training to General and Special Education Staff throughout the district
