Direct, oversee and implement the Telecom and IT infrastructure projects. ● Developed and managed the strategic plan for defining the appropriate network infrastructure, VoIP telephony and cross-tower products and services, current and future state operations, budgets and total cost of ownership to support 100+ healthcare facilities.
