Oversaw all operations of the branch, including recruitment, hiring, training, and supervision of the assistant managers and other key personnel, training, and motivating team for excellent customer satisfaction. Plans and directs the purchase and installation of equipment and machinery required for efficient production operations and for monitoring inventory levels of supplies and materials. Mentored other center managers to increase company-wide sales and profitability. Implemented and facilitated national marketing programs to maximize sales and profits.
