Oversaw and managed all areas of the restaurant and made final decisions on matters of importance. Maintained a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. Reduced staff turnover through coaching, mentoring, recognition, and team building. Created and oversaw an aggressive campaign of local promotions within Waikiki - marketing to visitors and residents alike using various collaterals: banners, flyers, handouts, and coupons. Set a new record for sales in one week of $97,500
