Daily Duties at Tggi Fridays:
Oversaw and managed all areas of the restaurant and made final decisions on matters of importance. Proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, security, company policies and procedures, personnel management, recordkeeping, and preparation of reports. Maintained a professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards. Developed employees by providing ongoing feedback, establishing performance expectations, and by conducting performance reviews. Reduced staff turnover through coaching, mentoring, recognition, and team building. Created and oversaw an aggressive campaign of local promotions within Waikiki - marketing to visitors and residents alike using various collaterals: banners, flyers, handouts, and coupons. Set a new record for sales in one week of $97,500
