Daily Duties at Carecentrix:
Enhance the delivery of services while meeting insurance requirements. Orchestrate the delivery of resources such as, durable medical equipment, home health services, infusion services, and sleep monitoring devices. Hold responsibility for the personal performance of the Ninja Team, a team that receives the most difficult or unfulfilled cases that other teams could not complete. Resolve cases promptly by negotiating the performance of services and resolving escalated issues.
