Daily Duties at O Rmetryx :
Reports directly to the President and founder of ORmetryx. Works with the President and IT team to continuously innovate and improve the ORmetryx Application and ORmetryx solution. Provides program management support, client relationship management, and oversight for all ORmetryx clients and their Program Managers during setup, maintenance, and sustainability of the ORmetryx program at their facilities. This includes: initial report writing and testing, site visits to tailor program to client needs, monthly reports, weekly support calls, application training, and 24/7 service support. Participates in initial sales calls with potential clients; on-site and online.
