Daily Duties at Intel Corp:
• Drove real time and strategic employee relations support to include employee engagement, coaching, org capability, performance management, career development and especially diversity and inclusion. • Leveraged leadership expertise to coach managers and employees at all levels to resolve conflicts/issues, streamline performance management and improve overall manager/employee relationships all which drove enhanced retention. • Leveraged strong business professional acumen and stakeholder relations to influence the implementation of new policies and programs to include associated training. • Led the execution of the business unit hiring program (over 800 hires) for a critical ramp, working in direct partnership with staffing and hiring managers to ensure joint accountability in managing the requisition approval, posting, recruiting, onboarding and overall tracking process to meet critical program indicators and compliance with EEO policies and department procedures. • Developed and drove the regional University recruiting and hiring and onboarding strategy to feed the Intern and College Grad pipeline with the appropriate talent and diversity mix which enabled greater team effectiveness in problem solving and communication.
