Daily Duties at Facilities Operations Center, West Contra Costa Unified School District:

Primary responsibility was to track and process vendor invoices, purchase orders and communications. Assistant to the CEO & Director of Contracts Administration. Managed their calendars, screened calls, prepared travel arrangements and expense reimbursements. Coordinated and took the minutes for monthly brown-act meetings for the Community Bond Oversight Committee & the Facilities Subcommittee. Performed Contract analysis and reconciliations. Collaborated with project stakeholders and the Division of the State Architect to certify projects at completion. Worked closely with members of the public and city agencies to assess & collect Development fees of about $2-million per year.
