Feditc Work Values

Daily Duties at Feditc:

Performs ASHRAE level II audits unassisted at large Air Force and industrial facilities • Evaluates energy trends for electrical and natural gas utilities • Evaluates and proposes water conservation measures, including cost estimates and project proposals • Calculates energy savings for projects in Air Force programs using standard engineering principles • Use HVAC knowledge to evaluate EMCS/BAS system data to improve energy management • Develops recommendations to improve operations and maintenance of Air Force facilities • Works with Air Force staff on project specific issues on energy conservation measures • Works as technical advisor on program teams and leads project meetings • Develops DD Form 1391s and adds Project and energy data to TRIRIGA on a frequent basis • Develops project scopes and applies UFC and Air Force criteria to maintenance and energy projects • Reviews and comments on project documents and recommends technical changes and solutions • Conducts facility inspections and recommends changes to programming section • Develops cost estimates and programming packages for project submission to facilities board
