Daily Duties at Cbts:

• Consulted with Synchrony clients for the allocation and design of virtual environments for running their specific applications, databases, and networks. • Using Service Now, opened service and change requests, design build requests, and requests to install virtual machines and software. • Using the EHC (Enterprise Hybrid Cloud) built virtual environments and databases to accommodate customer applications and storage. • Accessing tools such as NetAuto, Vrops and Planview determined space, availability, network access, and cost for building or migrating customer data. • Worked with DBA’s and Firewall Teams to make sure all builds were secure and compliant with Synchrony guidelines using Chef and related tools. • Closed all tickets and changes to ensure a timely turnover to customer, and correct billing to the financial department.
