Managed and oversight of the Information Systems and Technology department ensuring, IT 24/7/365 operations and ITSM services are performing at peak efficiency and secured. Seek opportunities for new technology initiatives and strategic equipment investments. Develop and maintain departmental budget up to 500k with a goal of annual budget savings. Ensure that all technology expenditures align with overall business objectives and company mission. • Serve as a role model and foster an environment conducive to teamwork and empowerment of all IT teams and fellow staff. • Performed business analysis of company information technology assets and processes, leading to new ITIL based standards, practices, and policies governing IT operations and procurement. • Established and managed IT department FTE team beginning with one person to a successful powerhouse of 5 and adding IT Interns to enhance and reduce task completion to the same day and less than 12 hours, and project completion time reduction by 15%. • Create and managed an IT Intern program to provide entry-level to intermediate experience to Techs looking to start their IT careers and for those looking to gain more experience. • Manage local and remote network and server Operations and infrastructures, including Cloud SaaS infrastructures. • Establish and managed centralized Windows Updates and patching utilizing Windows WSUS software and reducing overall network utilization of updates. • Govern and coordinated day-to-day technology operations, Helpdesk and support services, telecommunications infrastructures, and data security. • Introduce and managed ITSM software for helpdesk caseload and technician accountability. • Reduced Information Technology operational costs $130,000 by utilizing available resources, support contract negotiations, subscription-based services, and Service Level Agreement changes. • Establish critical systems, Office 365 cloud exchange and business data Backup standards, Disaster Recovery, and data integrity check protocols. • Datacenter oversight and maintenance. • Oversight of 42 guests, staff, entertainment buildings network infrastructure consisting of Wi-Fi, fiber, and copper telecommunications hardware. • Leverage technical expertise to detect trends, recommend growth opportunities, and quickly troubleshoot issues. • Ensure business Credit Card process and acceptance protection by maintaining PCI compliance. • Key point person and manager for all Information Technology needs for the annual and nationally broadcasted LPGA Golf Tournament.
