Daily Duties at Global Tpa Llc:
Managed 550 patients’ needs per year across the care continuum telephonically. Assessed Acute conditions and specified those plans according to benefits and member’s needs. Coordinated resources, monitored members outcomes, and modified plans according to needs. Negotiated reimbursement rates, claims, and service issues. Assist patients with specific healthcare decisions by teaching members about their specific health issues and how to manage their disease through nutrition, exercise when possible as well as when to contact their physician or when it was necessary to call Emergency Services. Assisted members with Insurance Plans, benefits, Medicare, Medicaid, and working with Social workers when necessary to get the best out- come using the patient’s benefits.
