Steered various function involved in managing business development analytics and reports. Crafted and evaluated marketing activities and producer premium production reports. Uncovered outliers, variances, and growth opportunities and suggested effective solutions to the regional executive and underwriting staff to mitigate underperforming areas. Developed marketing and sales presentations presented to regional executives and business development teams. Engaged and coordinated with the regional business units to aid in strategic planning and deployment of marketing goals and objectives.
