Target and Build a Realtor client base. Introduce Reliant's Referral Rewards Programs to Realtors and property managers. Get Referrals from Realtors and property managers. Call Referrals sell electricity and home security, update referral rewards website and realtor or property managers, ask for referrals. Renew contracts for clients. Also, target property management companies and seek REO BUisness, type REO's, provide client services for property management companies
